I believe in getting your heart rate up most days of the week.
I believe that in order to keep an active lifestyle you must move your body in a way that makes you happy.
Find something that you love to do and keep doing it! Whether it’s yoga, running, weight-lifting, swimming, dancing, etc.
Remember to lift something heavy once in awhile (it’s good for your bones!) even if that heavy things is just your own bodyweight!
I believe our body is our best gym.
Check this page often to find new workouts. I may not always post about them but they will be here! Let me know if you try any of them out. If you don’t know how to do a move you can look it up on youtube or shoot me an email if you have any questions about them! For exercises with weights, pick a weight that will challenge you. The last few reps of each exercise should be tough!

- 10 squats w/ shoulder press
